What you'll be doing...
- Respond quickly to property enquiries and register new applicants.
- Conduct valuations of new rental properties.
- Conduct viewings and promptly follow up to secure offers.
- Negotiate between landlords and tenants to finalise agreements.
- Process applications, arrange paperwork, and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate inventories, cleaning, and move-in preparations.
- Keep landlords and tenants fully informed every step of the way.
