Manchester City Centre
We are on the lookout for an experienced Property Management & Maintenance Coordinator to join a successful & growing company in Manchester City Centre. This is a fast-paced position supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio totaling around 700 properties and growing!
The role requires someone highly organised, detail-oriented and confident liaising with contractors, agents, tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio.
- Managing the day-to-day administration of a property portfolio
- Liaising with contractors and third parties to arrange maintenance and repairs
- Coordinating agent access to properties
- Monitoring bi-monthly property inspections and arranging any follow-up works required
- Arranging property access for agents and contractors
- Managing rent collection for the tenanted portfolio
Previous property management experience required.
