Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Hale £26,000-£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays.

We're working with a busy, well-established independent estate agency looking for someone who loves property, enjoys building relationships and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, generate business and get deals over the line.

You'll work closely with the Sales Manager, supporting the prime property market, helping buyers and sellers across homes valued from up to £1.5 million and the exclusive market above £1.5 million.

The role includes:

  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating sales and lettings
  • Booking valuations
  • Generating new business
  • Progressing sales
  • Delivering brilliant customer service from enquiry to completion

Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator or Estate Agent is essential, along with a full UK driving licence.
