Commercial Property Manager - Altrincham (office base) + portfolio across Manchester £40,000 - £50,000 DOE Full time, permanent, Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm We're working with a family-owned commercial property business with a portfolio spanning offices and retail, the majority of it in Manchester, run out of a head office in Altrincham. This is anewly created role, in a business people don't tend to leave... the bulk of their team has been there over 20 years. Nobody stays somewhere that long by accident. It's a steady, well-run business with a solid reputation, and they've reached the point where the portfolio needs someone of its own. What you'll be doing... You'd take day-to-day ownership of a meaningful chunk of the portfolio. S ome buildings are managed in-house, some through external managing agents. You'd be the main point of contact for those agents, holding regular reviews and keeping them honest on performance and outstanding actions.
