What you'll actually be doing:
- Leading a multi-branch lettings team (and getting them performing, not just present)
- Winning new business and growing the portfolio
- Getting out there - valuations, client relationships, the lot
- Spotting opportunities others miss (because you know your market)
- Working directly with directors and having a genuine say
What matters:
- You've done this before - senior lettings level, no blagging it
- You can lead people without being a knob about it
- You understand legislation and how to make money
- You're commercial, proactive, and not waiting to be told what to do
