Sales Progressor (Part-time) - Property - £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata + Bonus Part-time (flexible days / hours) Office-based, Sale A growing property sales business based in Sale is looking for an experienced property Sales Progressor to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a cracking opportunity for a sales progressor who thrives on keeping busy pipelines moving and enjoys being the calm, organised force behind a fast-paced sales operation.

You'll take ownership of transactions from issuing the Memorandum of Sale right through to completion, across a varied and interesting portfolio that ranges from single lets to larger portfolios and blocks of flats.

What you'll be doing...

  • Managing a live caseload of ~20 sales at any one time, from single lets to portfolios and blocks of flats
  • Issuing Memorandums of Sale and progressing each transaction through to completion
  • Ensuring all other documentation is in order and chasing for anything outstanding
  • Acting as the key point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and agents
  • Holding all parties to account and keeping communication flowing at every stage
  • Proactively identifying and resolving hold-ups before they become problems
  • Taking the administrative load off the sales team so they can focus on closing deals What you'll bring to the role...
  • Previous experience in a sales progression role is essential - this role is not suitable for trainees
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident, clear communicator who can manage multiple relationships at once
  • Comfortable holding people to account and keeping transactions on track
  • Experience with SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) is desirable but not essential Sound like you?
