Sales Executive | Property Investment | £25,000 – £26,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £32,000 +) Office based - Sale, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm Are you a confident communicator who loves the phone and wants to build a serious sales career in property? We’re partnering with a fast-growing property investment business that’s shaking up the way landlords buy and sell property, and they’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their team. This company is creating the UK’s leading off-market platform for landlord-to-landlord property and portfolio sales. They specialise in discreet, tenanted investment sales, giving landlords direct access to qualified investors without listing on the public portals. Backed by an exclusive high-profile partnerships, they connect motivated sellers with serious buyers in a fast, secure and confidential way. The role As Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for landlords looking to sell and investors looking to buy. You’ll generate and qualify new opportunities and help keep a strong pipeline of off-market stock and buyers moving. Day to day, you’ll: * Handle all inbound enquiries and leads quickly and professionally * Qualify sellers and buyers, understanding their portfolios, timescales, motivations and buying criteria * Talk prospects through the next steps and issue property information sheets for them to fill out and return * Discuss the platform with landlords and trigger trial periods * Nurture longer-term leads with regular, well-timed follow-ups * Book qualified appointments and valuations for the wider sales team * Keep the CRM accurate and up to date with every interaction * Hit and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs * Share market insight and feedback to help shape our sales approach and marketing campaigns What you’ll bring * A genuine people-person who thrives when busy and having conversations * Confident on the phone, with the resilience to handle objections and rejection * Commercially minded, competitive and motivated by targets and earnings * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a natural ability to build rapport * Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and comfortable using a CRM * Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment * Strong organisation and comfortable using a CRM (Hubspot would be a bonus!) * Bonus points for experience or interest in buy-to-let or property investment What’s on offer * £25,000 - £26,000 salary plus uncapped commission (£32,000 + OTE) * A clear progression path into senior sales within property investment * Full training and ongoing coaching on the property investment market * The chance to join a fast-growing business early and help shape its future * A supportive, ambitious team culture where results are recognised and rewarded * 25 days holiday + bank holidays Interested?
