A law firm who are breaking the mould in the industry are looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy and bustling team in the Chester office. This role is absolutely integral to the business, and you will play an office coordination role responsible for supporting a team of lawyers to ensure the exceptional service levels that the company is known for are upheld. You will also be the face of the business and ensure that all guests are made to feel welcome.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining the upkeep of the office space and coordinating the hot desks and meeting rooms
  • You'll be based on the reception desk to welcome all guests, clients and lawyers into the office
  • Ensuring that all office functions are running efficiently by liaising with suppliers
  • Preparing meeting rooms and refreshments when required
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
