We are on the lookout for a people-first, coaching-oriented and nurturing Sales Manager to join one of the best places to work. Through a mix of working in their fab, energetic office in the heart of Manchester and from home, you will inherit an upbeat and energetic team of salespeople and own the performance of that team. You will feel completely at home on the sales floor, listening to live calls and providing real-time coaching and guidance to get those deals done. Above all, you will be a complete people-person, a holistic and modern manager and truly act as the champion for your team.

Here’s what else you’ll be doing:

  • Own the 121 and development processes for the sales team
  • Spot what’s working and what’s not and coach the team accordingly
  • Take responsibility for future recruitment and growing the team
  • Run daily meets and bring the energy
  • Work across the company with other relevant teams to launch campaigns

We’d like you to bring with you:

  • Previous and demonstrable experience in a similar sales management/coaching/training role
  • Not just experience of coaching but a true passion for it
  • Someone that can and has achieved team buy-in
  • Not shying away from the tough conversations when they’re needed
  • Experience in deeply-consultative, relationship-led and high ticket sales environments
  • You’ll be confident in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with change
