As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you'll work closely with the Managing Director, Sales team and Investor Relations team to support the smooth running of the platform to ensure a seamless client experience. Your role will be super varied from issuing memorandums of sale to preparing sales packs to supporting webinars and events; no two days will be the same.

Not got loads of property experience? No problem! You'll be working with a supportive, close-knit team who will progress, train and mentor you to kickstart your career and progress upwards.

Here's an idea of what you'll be doing:

  • Uploading & managing property listings
  • Preparing sales packs & marketing materials
  • Keeping the CRM squeaky clean with notes and activity
  • Issuing and chasing documentation
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Supporting with events & webinar administration

What you'll bring to the table:

  • An upbeat, positive and helpful personality with a desire to learn
  • Highly organised with laser sharp attention to detail
  • Property experience highly desirable but not essential (if no experience, a genuine interest in the sector!)
  • Proactive & reliable
  • Able to be based from the office in Sale
