As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you'll work closely with the Managing Director, Sales team and Investor Relations team to support the smooth running of the platform to ensure a seamless client experience. Your role will be super varied from issuing memorandums of sale to preparing sales packs to supporting webinars and events; no two days will be the same.
Not got loads of property experience? No problem! You'll be working with a supportive, close-knit team who will progress, train and mentor you to kickstart your career and progress upwards.
Here's an idea of what you'll be doing:
- Uploading & managing property listings
- Preparing sales packs & marketing materials
- Keeping the CRM squeaky clean with notes and activity
- Issuing and chasing documentation
- Responding to enquiries
- Supporting with events & webinar administration
What you'll bring to the table:
- An upbeat, positive and helpful personality with a desire to learn
- Highly organised with laser sharp attention to detail
- Property experience highly desirable but not essential (if no experience, a genuine interest in the sector!)
- Proactive & reliable
- Able to be based from the office in Sale
