Part-time position in Bramhall, offering £25,000 to £28,000 pro rata + commission. The role requires working 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday) and 2 Saturdays per month.
We are a long-established, independent property company with an excellent reputation for exceptional customer service, local knowledge, and a supportive team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator seeking flexibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Registering and qualifying applicants.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Matching applicants to suitable properties.
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
- Progressing applications through to completion.
- Preparing tenancy paperwork and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and referencing providers.
- Keeping applicants updated throughout the lettings process.
- Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
- Working towards individual and team lettings targets.
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive approach to work.
- Confidence in negotiating and building relationships.
- The ability to work independently while being a genuine team player.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
