What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer emails, telephone calls and enquiries.
- Helping customers with orders, products and delivery information.
- Processing and managing customer orders.
- Resolving customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Liaising with our production and retail teams to keep orders moving.
- Keeping customer records and order information up to date.
- Occasionally helping out in other areas of the business when needed.
What we're looking for
- A friendly, confident communicator.
- Someone organised who can manage several tasks at once.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Someone who can remain calm and helpful when things get busy.
- A genuine team player who enjoys working with others.
- Previous customer service experience would be great, but it's not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.
