We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation & Workforce Planning Lead to support large scale business and people transformation initiatives within a complex global organisation. This role will play a key part in workforce transformation programmes, strategic workforce planning, organisation design, and HR project delivery.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands on execution capability and be comfortable operating within fast paced, Matrix environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support workforce transformation initiatives, including restructuring and redundancy programmes.
- Deliver strategic workforce planning and forecasting activities aligned to business objectives and financial targets.
- Manage and coordinate HR transformation projects and people change initiatives across multiple business functions and regions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight and recommendations on workforce strategy, organisation design, and operating model changes.
- Analyse complex workforce and business data to produce meaningful insights, reporting, and recommendations.
- Support budgeting, headcount planning, and people management processes across regional and functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness, structures, and workforce processes.
- Ensure accurate tracking, governance, and reporting of transformation and workforce planning activities.
- Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation programmes.
- Challenge organisational variance and support consistency in organisation design principles and governance.
- Proven expertise delivering workforce transformation and redundancy programmes within large organisations.
- Strong experience in strategic workforce planning, forecasting, and organisational design.
- Demonstrated track record delivering HR projects and people change initiatives linked to business transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability.
- Experience working within global, Matrix organisations and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong project management and delivery capability with a hands on approach.
- Experience supporting budgeting, headcount management, and workforce reporting processes.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Evidence of successful delivery in a similar HR transformation or workforce planning role.
- Experience within global or multinational organisations.
- Exposure to large scale transformation or organisational change programmes.
- Familiarity with HR operating model design and workforce analytics.
