We're looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer across our enterprise marketing ecosystem.
This role combines architecture, technical leadership and hands-on delivery to ensure our Adobe Experience Cloud solutions enable personalised customer experiences at scale.
Working closely with Marketing, Data, Engineering and Product teams, you'll define customer journeys, architect integrations and help drive adoption of Adobe's digital experience technologies.
Key Responsibilities Own the design, creation and optimisation of customer audiences within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real Time CDP.
Build and activate audience segments across web, mobile, email and paid media channels.
Design scalable segmentation strategies that support personalised customer experiences throughout the customer life cycle.
Manage customer profiles, identity stitching and Identity Graph capabilities to maintain accurate, unified customer views.
Oversee data ingestion across Edge, Streaming and Batch pipelines, ensuring high-quality, timely and reliable customer data.
Work closely with Engineering teams to optimise SDK implementations, event collection and Adobe Launch tagging strategies.
