We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Workforce Planning Lead to support large scale business and people transformation initiatives within a complex global organisation. This role will play a key part in workforce transformation programmes, strategic workforce planning, organisation design, and HR project delivery. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands on execution capability and be comfortable operating within fast paced, Matrix environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support workforce transformation initiatives, including restructuring and redundancy programmes.
  • Deliver strategic workforce planning and forecasting activities aligned to business objectives and financial targets.
  • Manage and coordinate HR transformation projects and people change initiatives across multiple business functions and regions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight and recommendations on workforce strategy, organisation design, and operating model changes.
  • Analyse complex workforce and business data to produce meaningful insights, reporting, and recommendations.
  • Support budgeting, headcount planning, and people management processes across regional and functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness, structures, and workforce processes.
