The Role

You’ll work closely with our Senior Production Manager to plan, manage and deliver campaign builds that wow our clients. You’ll be involved from start to finish—briefing suppliers, managing crews, juggling budgets, and making sure every deadline is hit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the build process – Take the lead on making creative ideas a reality, from early sketches to on-site execution
  • Work with great people – Collaborate with campaign managers and directors to shape unique builds
  • Keep things running smoothly – Coordinate suppliers and schedules across multiple campaigns
  • Take control of the budget – Make sure every penny is well spent and nothing’s left to chance
  • Be on the ground – Lead on-site teams, troubleshoot in real-time, and make sure everything’s safe and on point

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of live event production experience
  • Knows the ins and outs of event tech—sound, lighting, rigging, and all that good stuff
  • Is super organised, a clear communicator, and calm under pressure
  • Doesn’t mind being away from home when needed
  • Has a full UK driving licence
