The Role
This is a senior commercial role with real influence. Right now, new business sits with the founder. It’s worked well, but we’re ready to build a more structured, scalable commercial function around pipeline, profile and long-term client growth. We’re looking for someone who can spot opportunities early, build strong relationships and help position IPOS in the right rooms, with the right brands, at the right time. You’ll sit on the SLT from day one and work closely with the founder, creative and client teams to drive growth across the agency.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead the agency’s new business approach
- Develop a strong pipeline of retail, fashion and lifestyle opportunities
- Lead conversations from first intro through to pitch and onboarding
- Grow relationships within existing client accounts and identify new opportunities
- Keep a sharp view on retail, brand and cultural trends
- Help shape agency positioning, credentials and industry insights
- Represent IPOS at industry events, client meetings and within the wider market
- Drive commercial outcomes without diluting creativity
