The Role
You’ll be a key player in our Creative + Certain approach, with responsibilities including:
Leadership
- Line manage and mentor team members.
- Encourage personal and professional growth within your team.
- Ability to influence partners, suppliers, team and clients on the creative journey to success!
Client Communication & Management
- Build strong, informed relationships.
- Guide clients from objectives to measurable outcomes.
- Advise on sustainable, accessible and inclusive choices.
Business Development & Account Management
- Lead research, tenders and formatting documents.
- Manage budgets, subcontractors and associates (freelancers and partners).
- Lead and deliver pitches with creative oversight.
Production & Operational Excellence
- Ensure agile, creative, thorough, and sustainable delivery.
- Good understanding of event production
- Experience of delivering shows, conferences, exhibitions and brand engagement events
- Understand the protocols of safe and secure event delivery; keeping ALL stakeholders safe and happy
- Outdoor event experience a plus!
- Excellent communicator
- Very comfortable using spreadsheets and slides (ppt) to manage projects and communicate ideas
