About the Role

INK is a leading creative studio based in London. Recognised for our future aesthetic, we work at the cutting edge of creativity and technology, launching products for luxury brands, visionary startups and artists around the world. We are seeking an Entry Level Junior Retoucher to join INK's Art Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in 2D retouching, photography, and digital image creation, alongside a growing desire to learn key technical skills within CGI workflows and visual storytelling. You will play a key role in producing high‑quality visual assets, supporting primarily still‑based projects, and collaborating closely with creatives across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confident use of layer‑based workflows for structured, non‑destructive editing
  • Advanced masking techniques for seamless compositing
  • Pen Tool Pathing for precise selections and cutouts
  • Blend modes & blending groups to achieve refined visual outcomes
  • Basic understanding of image cleanup, colour grading, and finishing for production
