At We Are Futures, we partner with some of the world’s biggest brands to create education programmes, campaigns, and experiences that go beyond the school gates, grabbing attention, changing outcomes, and making a meaningful impact.

We’re looking for freelance Education Content Writers with a background in primary or secondary teaching to craft compelling, impactful content, inspire creativity, and push boundaries to deliver exceptional educational materials that make a real difference in young people’s lives.

You will be:

  • Working closely with our creative team to create engaging and inspirational resources and programmes for young people and schools
  • Offering creative ideas for programmes
  • Helping shape new and innovative content that aligns client need with social impact

You will need:

  • Experience writing innovative and creative plans and resources for teachers to use in schools (ideally, experience outside of the school environment but we are happy to consider applicants without)
  • Extensive understanding of the inner workings of the classroom and the curriculum
  • A solid skillset in writing and editing
  • Experience teaching in a UK classroom (min 3 years)
  • A UK teaching qualification
