We Are Futures is a strategic marketing agency helping brands build lasting advocacy with young people, families, and future talent. For over 21 years, we’ve led the way in connecting brands to youth through education and social impact – recognising early on that brands can play a powerful role in improving young people’s futures. In return, we’ve championed the role young audiences play in driving brand growth, relevance, and long-term loyalty. We work holistically across the ecosystems that shape them – from parents and families to educators and early careers pathways.
Our work is built across four core areas:
- Education & Social Impact: We partner with brands to deliver programmes within schools, colleges and communities that create meaningful impact for young people while building trust, credibility and long-term brand affinity.
- Marketing to 16–24s: Reaching over 7 million emerging adults in the UK at a critical life stage where habits, loyalties, and brand perceptions are formed. We deliver culturally relevant campaigns across content, experiential, social and digital to drive engagement and advocacy.
- Marketing to Families: Engaging one of the most commercially powerful and influential audiences. Families drive significant household spend and brand choice, with parents acting as both gatekeepers and enablers.
- Future Talent & Early Careers: Supporting brands to engage, inspire and attract the next generation of talent.
The opportunity
We are looking for a New Business Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering our next phase of growth. This is a commercially focused role, responsible for driving new opportunities across our three core areas – youth, families, and future talent.

You will be responsible for generating and progressing new business opportunities – from outbound prospecting through to supporting pitches and closing opportunities. Identify and engage key decision‑makers across marketing, brand, PR, HR and early careers functions. Support and lead early‑stage client conversations, building strong, insight‑led relationships. Build and maintain a strong network of partners to support delivery and innovation. Proactively identify market opportunities, trends, and entry points aligned to our growth strategy.

- Commercially driven, with a track record of identifying and progressing new opportunities.
- Confident communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Experience creating high‑quality decks, proposals, and written content.
