The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Education Content Writer with a background in primary or secondary teaching to craft compelling, impactful content, inspire creativity, and push boundaries to deliver exceptional educational materials that make a real difference in young people’s lives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborating with our creative team to craft engaging, inspirational resources and programmes for young people and schools.
  • Bringing fresh, creative ideas to shape impactful and innovative education programmes.
  • Developing content that aligns seamlessly with client objectives while driving meaningful social impact.

What makes you the one?

  • You have experience creating innovative and engaging plans and resources for teachers, ideally beyond the classroom (though we welcome applications from those who’ve only developed resources within schools – if you can show us you have what it takes).
  • You have a deep understanding of the inner workings of the classroom and curriculum, with insight into what truly resonates with teachers and students.
  • Your writing and editing skills are polished, and you’re skilled at making complex ideas accessible and inspiring.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience teaching in a UK classroom, along with a UK teaching qualification.

*Please note, the role will be working from our London office a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
