Design Lead

At We Are Futures, we partner with some of the world’s biggest brands to create education programmes, campaigns and experiences that go beyond the school gates, grabbing attention, changing outcomes, and making a meaningful impact.

We’re looking for a Design Lead to guide our talented team, inspire bold creativity, and push boundaries to deliver exceptional design solutions that make a difference in young people’s lives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and motivating a talented design team, championing creativity, collaboration, and craft in everything we do.
• Partnering with the Creative Director to set the creative vision and ensure insightful design is at the heart of every project.
• Developing culturally relevant ideas that connect with young people and help brands shape futures with smart design.
• Creating educational materials and delivering digital, print, and experiential campaigns that inspire audiences, build brand loyalty, and create advocates.
• Bringing fresh energy, innovative ideas, and a sharp eye for detail to ensure our work thrives in an ever-changing landscape.

• You know how to balance creative ambition with practical problem-solving and client needs.
• You’re a proficient user of InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/XD PowerPoint, with knowledge of After Effects/Premier Pro

*Please note the role will be office based a minimum of 2 days per week.*
