About Your Role As Onboarding Manager , you’ll own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from contract signature through to successful go-live. Working across Mintsoft, integrations, internal tooling and operational workflows, you’ll coordinate across departments to ensure every client is technically and operationally ready to succeed. You’ll play a vital role in shaping first impressions—delivering clarity, confidence, and momentum for both our clients and our internal teams. How Does Your Role Fit in With the Overall Mission of the Company? The onboarding function ensures every new partner gets the strongest start possible. By managing setup, testing, internal coordination, and training, the Onboarding Manager lays the foundations for long-term service success. Your work directly supports client retention, SLA performance, and profitable partnerships—making you a key driver of scalable growth . You communicate clearly and constructively, bridging the gap between technical setup and operational delivery. You take real pride in a smooth launch and stay calm when things get messy. Proactive and collaborative, you solve problems early and don’t wait to be asked. You know that a great onboarding experience is equal parts project management, tech setup, and human connection. Key Responsibilities Own the onboarding process from contract handover to operational go-live. Build and maintain onboarding trackers and templates using Google Sheets and Trello. Configure client accounts in Mintsoft, ensuring accuracy across products, rules, couriers and integrations. Liaise with fulfilment, customer service, and account management teams to align go-live plans. Deliver client-facing support, system walkthroughs, and onboarding documentation. Ensure third-party integrations (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) are connected and tested. Identify and mitigate risks to service quality or timeline delays. Support continuous improvement by refining onboarding documentation and processes. Ensure full internal readiness ahead of go-live across all departments. Your Service Level Expectation Act as a clear, consistent point of contact for onboarding activity. Ensure all data entry and system setup is accurate and verified. Proactively flag and resolve onboarding blockers or risks. Provide timely, structured updates to both internal stakeholders and clients. Maintain accurate onboarding documents, trackers, and process guides. Ensure clients feel supported, informed and ready by go-live.
