The Opportunity:You'll take ownership of paid campaigns across a range of exciting client accounts, more so PPC, helping to drive growth through data-led strategies and continuous optimisation. No two days are the same, and you'll have the freedom to bring ideas, challenge the norm and make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:- Building and optimising Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Snapchat
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve ROI
- Delivering insightful reporting and making data-driven recommendations
- Leading creative testing, audience targeting and campaign optimisation
- Working closely with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver outstanding results
- 3+ years' experience managing Paid Social and/or PPC campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Commercially minded with a passion for performance marketing
- Confident managing client relationships
- Proactive, curious and always looking for ways to improve performance
- Quarterly bonus of up to 20% of your salary
