Regional HR Advisor Oxford based £43k plus company car Permanent Forward Role are partnering with a well-established business to recruit a Regional HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where you'll play a key role in handling complex people matters and supporting managers across the organisation. The Role As part of a collaborative HR team, you'll take ownership of a varied ER caseload, including absence, conduct, capability and investigations. You'll: Provide expert, pragmatic HR advice to managers at all levels Lead and support hearings, appeals, investigations and suspensions Ensure all cases align with UK employment law, policy and best practice Coach and guide managers to build confidence and consistency in people management Produce clear, high-quality HR documentation and reports Work to tight SLAs in a high-volume environment About You Proven experience managing end-to-end ER cases Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach This is a great opportunity in a national brand, supporting managers and helping shape effective people practices.
