Forward Role are excited to be supporting a rapidly growing subscription platform, as they look to recruit a Paid Media Manager to join their marketing team. Based in a modern office in Altrincham town centre, this is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business with a brilliant culture - working with some of the UK's best-loved brands and genuinely investing in the development of their people.

The role
Reporting into the Head of Digital, you'll take full ownership of paid media acquisition and member engagement across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other performance marketing platforms. You'll be responsible for driving both new member acquisition and in-life engagement with existing members, with a strong focus on CPA performance, testing velocity, and acquisition scalability. You'll work closely with the CRM, Social Media, Content, and Design teams to ensure paid activity is backed up by strong creative assets, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
