Forward Role are working with a highly successful and growing UK travel and hospitality business with a turnover of more than £75 million and a strong national presence across both hotels and coach holidays.

Very competitive salary + tax-free employee ownership dividend (approx. £1,500 last year).

Full time onsite

They're now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and play a key role in supporting the next stage of growth.

This is a varied position covering offline marketing, PR and wider brand activity, working closely with senior leadership and digital teams to drive customer engagement and acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all offline marketing activity as the main point of contact
  • Plan and deliver direct marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, retention and ROI
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across internal and external communications
  • Oversee brochure production and develop Travel Trade marketing activity
  • Manage PR strategy, key suppliers, KPIs and lead the offline marketing team's development
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in B2C offline marketing, including brochure creation
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
  • Experience managing people, suppliers and delivering high attention to detail, ideally with a marketing qualification or equivalent experience
