Social Media & Content Executive | Manchester - Full-time Office | £30,000 - £38,000 If you love owning a content calendar and owning what actually converts (not just what gets likes), this one's for you.

A well-established purpose-led organisation is looking for someone to take the reins on their organic social - across the full channel mix - and turn it into an always-on engine for engagement and income.

You'll be

  • Planning and producing content across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, X, Linked In and more
  • Building out audience cohorts and using them to actually brief your content
  • Repurposing and cascading key campaign content for maximum reach, minimum duplication
  • Using AI tools daily for ideation, captioning and reporting - without losing the brand voice
  • Spotting your best-performing organic content and handing it off for paid amplification You'll need:
  • 3+ years in a social media or content marketing role, ideally growing organic channels
  • Working knowledge of a framework like RACE, or something similar
  • Strong copywriting and content instincts across short-form video and beyond
  • Experience with social listening/community tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Brand Watch etc.) Again - charity/NGO background is a nice-to-have, not essential.

This is a great next step for someone who wants to own organic properly rather than just feed the machine.
