A fast-growing, consumer-focused ecommerce brand is looking for a commercially sharp Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of their digital storefront and help drive the next phase of growth. This is a brilliant opportunity for a true ecommerce all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The business is scaling fast, has serious investment behind its paid and performance marketing channels, and now needs someone to own the Ecom site experience end-to-end.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership and managing an Ecommerce Executive, you'll be the go-to person for Ecommerce everything on-site. That means owning the customer journey from landing to checkout, driving conversion, and making sure the website is always performing at its best. You'll work closely with the paid media team and wider marketing function. Your job is to make sure that when the traffic lands, the site converts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Full ownership of the Shopify website - day-to-day management, updates, and performance
  • Leading CRO strategy - testing, iterating, and optimising the user journey to improve conversion at every touchpoint
  • Online merchandising - ensuring the right products are in the right place, with compelling presentation that drives purchase
  • Producing weekly and monthly trading reports - owning the numbers, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to the wider business
  • Analysing site data to identify drop-off points, friction in the customer journey, and opportunities for improvement
  • Managing and developing an Ecommerce Executive
  • Collaborating with performance marketing colleagues to ensure a joined-up experience from ad click to checkout

What we're looking for:

  • Solid, hands-on Shopify experience - you know the platform inside out
  • A genuine ecommerce all-rounder - as comfortable in GA4 and a data dashboard as you are thinking about homepage layout and product page UX
  • Strong analytical mindset - you make decisions based on data, not gut feel alone
  • Experience with CRO tools and A/B testing (Hotjar, VWO, Google Optimize or similar)
  • A good eye for online merchandising and customer experience
  • Confident producing and presenting trading reports with clear commercial commentary
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a junior ecommerce team member would be a bonus
  • Consumer / DTC brand experience preferred

What's on offer:

A brand with real momentum, serious marketing investment, and ambitious growth plans. A role with genuine ownership and visibility at senior level.
