About the Business

The creative team plays a central role in shaping how the brand is experienced by customers, producing high-volume, high-quality creative assets that support product launches, campaigns and commercial objectives. As the brand continues to grow, they are looking to add a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to the team.

The Role

This is a digital-first design role suited to a creative designer with strong visual taste, a keen awareness of contemporary design trends and a genuine passion for sportswear, fashion and culture. Working closely with the wider creative and marketing teams, you will be responsible for delivering engaging design work across ecommerce, email, social media and digital marketing channels. The role combines creative thinking with day-to-day design execution, requiring someone who can work at pace whilst maintaining high creative standards. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong typography and layout skills, and an instinctive understanding of where modern sportswear brands sit within the market and where they aspire to be. Experience with motion design, UX/UI or digital product design would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging digital assets across ecommerce, email marketing, paid social, website content and broader digital campaigns.
  • Create high-quality creative for product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Produce artwork for web banners, landing pages, email campaigns and digital marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce and creative teams to deliver consistent and commercially effective design.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts that help evolve the brand's creative direction.
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Stay informed on design, fashion, sportswear and cultural trends to ensure creative output remains relevant and inspiring.
  • Support the development of customer-facing digital experiences across ecommerce platforms.
  • Assist with creative asset production for social media and wider brand activity.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in a Graphic Designer role within sportswear, fashion, retail or ecommerce environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, excellent visual taste and high-quality digital design execution.
  • Proven experience producing digital-first creative across multiple channels.
  • Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Ability to work efficiently across a high volume of projects without compromising quality.
  • Strong understanding of current design trends, sportswear culture and consumer expectations.
  • Experience designing for ecommerce and digital marketing channels.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects whilst collaborating within a wider creative team.
  • Motion graphics, animation, UX/UI or Figma experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
