A national training provider specialising in funded AI and digital apprenticeships is looking for an experienced AI Coach to join their team. You'll be coaching working professionals (managers, team leads, and digital transformation professionals) through Level 5 AI Leadership apprenticeship units, helping them build the confidence and capability to drive AI adoption within their organisations.

This is a fully remote role with a strong portfolio of AI-specific programmes already up and running, covering everything from AI strategy and opportunity identification through to governance, procurement, and organisational transformation. If you've got genuine AI expertise and experience coaching or training professionals in a workplace context, this is worth a look.

The role:

  • Delivering coaching and learning sessions to apprentices on the Level 5 AI Leadership programme (fully online)
  • Supporting learners across three units: AI Strategy & Opportunity, AI Adoption, Procurement & Governance, and AI Delivery & Organisational Transformation
  • Managing a caseload of apprentices, tracking progress, completing reviews, and supporting learners to meet their off-the-job requirements
  • Providing guidance on applying AI concepts in learners' own organisational contexts
  • Contributing to quality, standardisation, and learner outcomes

We're looking for:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of AI — tools, strategy, governance, adoption frameworks — ideally with hands-on implementation experience
  • Experience delivering training or coaching to professionals, ideally in a workplace or apprenticeship setting
  • TAQA/CAVA qualification (or working towards) is desirable — training support available for the right candidate
  • Strong communication and the ability to break down complex AI concepts for non-technical learners
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently managing a caseload
