Operating across the UK and into Europe, this business is scaling fast and Paid Media is one of their most important growth engines β driving discovery, demand generation, and customer acquisition across Google, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and emerging paid channels.

The role
This is a hands-on, executional role focused on supporting the delivery, optimisation, and scaling of Paid Media activity across multiple markets. The primary focus is Google's broader media ecosystem β YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, and Performance Max β though Paid Search experience is a bonus. You'll work closely with Creative, CRM, Data, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are well-structured, creatively strong, and continuously improving.
The team is based in Leeds and ideally looking for someone who can join them in the office one day a week, but they're open to candidates from further afield.
What the role involves
- Building, launching, and managing campaigns across YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, Performance Max, and broader Paid Media channels
- Conducting thorough campaign QA before launch, checking targeting, audiences, budgets, assets, and tracking
- Supporting audience creation, segmentation, first-party audience usage, and targeting strategies
- Coordinating creative assets, translations, uploads, and approvals across markets
- Assisting with creative briefing β hooks, messaging angles, and asset requirements
- Monitoring campaign performance daily and flagging anomalies, opportunities, or scaling potential
- Supporting performance reporting and extracting actionable insights
- Validating conversion tracking, tags, and attribution setup
- Supporting localisation and market expansion workflows
- Contributing to testing roadmaps and wider Growth team initiatives
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Experience in Paid Media either in house or agency side for a minimum of 12 months β open to different levels of seniority
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action
- Understanding of creative testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation principles
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup and QA
- Familiarity with Google Ads, YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, or similar advertising platforms
- Experience working with video and static creatives and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
- Paid Search / SEM experience
- Experience working across multiple international markets
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, or tracking and tagging platforms
- Understanding of attribution and data pipelines
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows
- Experience with video-first or creative-led advertising strategies
