Three month contract Up to £30k per annum Bolton Hybrid (two days in the office) Must have DBS clearnace We're partnering with a reputable organisation in Bolton that is looking for a HR Project Coordinator to support a range of people-focused initiatives during an exciting period of change. This is an initial 3-month temporary assignment with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position. Working closely with the HR leadership team, you'll play a key role in coordinating HR projects, driving activity plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are delivered effectively. What you'll be doing: Coordinating HR and people projects across the business Tracking project milestones, actions and deliverables Managing project plans, documentation and reporting Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives Supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives Coordinating meetings, workshops and communications Maintaining accurate project records and compliance documentation Assisting with data analysis and project reporting What we're looking for: Previous experience in a HR Project Coordinator, HR Coordinator or HR Administration role Current DBS clearance (essential) Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Available to start immediately or at short notice What's on offer?
