I'm working with a well-established apprenticeship training provider on the search for an AAT Tutor/Assessor to join their team, delivering across Levels 2, 3 and 4 to a mix of classroom-based and online learners. You'll take apprentices through the full journey (from onboarding through to EPA) with real ownership over your caseload and teaching approach.

The role:

  • Deliver teaching across AAT Level 2, 3 and 4 (blended online and in-person)
  • Plan lessons and build schemes of work aligned to AAT specs
  • Run revision and exam prep sessions
  • Assess learner work and provide feedback
  • Conduct apprenticeship progress reviews and maintain accurate records
  • Support KSB development and prepare learners for End Point Assessment

We're looking for:

  • Accountancy qualification (AAT Level 4, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Teaching or industry experience in accountancy
  • Teaching qualification (DTLLS/CTLLS/PTLLS or equivalent) — desirable, not essential
  • Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33) — desirable; support available to complete this if not yet held
  • Experience assessing full apprenticeship standards — highly desirable
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
  • Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
