Forward Role are supporting a leading organisation in the search for an Absence Management Advisor to join their HR team on a 6-month contract.
The Role
- You'll support managers with absence cases, provide expert advice on policy and employment law, and help drive a consistent and proactive approach to attendance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on short & long-term absence cases
- Support return-to-work and capability processes
- Analyse absence data and identify trends
- Ensure legal compliance and best practice
- Liaise with Occupational Health
About You
- Proven HR/absence management experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident stakeholder advisor
- CIPD level 5 or higher ideally
This role will be paid on an hourly basis of £21 per hour.
