We are working with a brilliant, well-established contractor delivering works on a long-term framework in Sheffield, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Social Housing Manager to support delivery of an SHF energy-efficiency upgrade programme across local housing stock.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is comfortable managing and reporting on multiple small works packages while maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and site teams.
The Role- Oversee delivery of SHF-funded energy efficiency works across occupied social housing
- Manage and coordinate multiple small works projects simultaneously
- Track progress, programmes, and KPIs across the framework
- Produce clear and accurate reports for internal teams and client stakeholders
- Ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to programme
- Act as a key point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, and the client
- Proven experience as a Social Housing Manager (or similar)
- Direct experience working on SHF projects is essential
- Strong background in energy-efficiency upgrades (retrofit, insulation, heating, etc.)
- Highly organised, with experience tracking and reporting progress across numerous workstreams
- Confident communicator, comfortable working in live/occupied environments
