We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join a respected regional contractor delivering a major decarbonisation programme across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team
  • Keep tenants fully informed of works, timelines, and any disruptions
  • Handle resident queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Support the successful delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation works
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  • Keep clear and accurate records of all communications
Requirements:
  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Previous experience in a Tenant Liaison Officer role within construction or social housing
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Proactive and empathetic approach when dealing with residents
