We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join a respected regional contractor delivering a major decarbonisation programme across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded company, known for having a strong pipeline of work in the region and a positive, supportive working environment. The scheme offers a steady, long-term workload, with the potential to run for up to three years, providing strong job security and continuity.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team
- Keep tenants fully informed of works, timelines, and any disruptions
- Handle resident queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Support the successful delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation works
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Keep clear and accurate records of all communications
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Previous experience in a Tenant Liaison Officer role within construction or social housing
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Proactive and empathetic approach when dealing with residents
