We are recruiting for either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned successful Civil Engineering and Building Contractor specialising in Infrastructure and Groundworks.
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join their Cheshire and North Wales commercial team as a Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for projects ranging across the North Wales and Cheshire areas.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities for the Quantity Surveyor (the suitable Assistant QS may have adapted duties):- Regular site visits and liaising with the production team.
- Managing the end-to-end commercial aspects of the assigned projects to maximise value and collaborating with the Finance and Procurement departments accordingly.
- Ensuring all commercial accountabilities are undertaken in a timely manner, with a high degree of accuracy.
