Job Description Estimator – Senior /Experienced North West – Liverpool £50,000 – £60,000 (neg) + Package Our client is a North West based construction business with over 50 years in the construction industry working in various sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial and New Build Residential. Due to continued growth, the business are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their growing team with a strong looking order book for the next 2 to 3 years. As an Estimator you will calculate the build cost for customers, ensuring they deliver the right net cost, on time, and to the highest quality for cost accuracy. You will collaborate with the wider preconstruction team, subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure that they provide an accurate cost in line with the customer’s requirements, project scope and current legislation. You will ensure the service and standards you provide place customer value at the forefront of delivering a perfect product. Key Responsibilities of the Estimator will include: Create robust accurate cost plans through the various design gateways up to target price.
