We are currently recruiting two experienced Groundworkers for an immediate start in Delamere. This is a three-month contract working for a subcontractor on a major new build housing development, delivered on behalf of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the UK.
You will be working as part of an established groundworks team on a large-scale residential scheme.
- All aspects of groundworks on new build housing
- Drainage (foul & storm) installation
- Foundations, footings, and concrete works
Proven experience in groundworks, particularly on new build housing projects is essential. Strong drainage experience is also required.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (required)
- NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (preferred)
- Groundworks: 5 years (preferred)
