We are currently recruiting two experienced Groundworkers for an immediate start in Delamere. This is a three-month contract working for a subcontractor on a major new build housing development, delivered on behalf of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the UK.
You will be working as part of an established groundworks team on a large-scale residential scheme. Responsibilities include:
- All aspects of groundworks on new build housing
- Drainage (foul & storm) installation
- Foundations, footings, and concrete works
Requirements:
- Proven experience in groundworks, particularly on new build housing projects
- Strong drainage experience is essential
- Valid CSCS card (required)
- NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (preferred)
- Groundworks: 5 years (preferred)
