Role Overview
As Building Services Manager, you will take responsibility for the full lifecycle delivery of M&E services, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective outcomes from preconstruction through to project completion. Reporting into the Head of MEP, you will work closely with internal project teams, consultants, and specialist subcontractors to deliver high-quality building services across multiple sectors.
