Freelance Site Manager Civils Subcontractor (Residential Scheme)

We are recruiting on behalf of a key client for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee civils and groundworks packages on a large residential scheme based in Carlisle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations for civils and groundworks.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain quality control.
  • Liaise effectively with the main contractor and project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous site management experience within civils and groundworks, ideally on residential developments.
