Site Manager Civils
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, including site setup, logistics, and temporary works

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure programme and quality targets are met

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance, including RAMS, inductions, and toolbox talks

Monitor progress against the construction programme and resolve technical or operational issues

Coordinate labour, plant, and materials to maximise efficiency and control costs
-
Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements

Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and progress reports

Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering projects

Strong understanding of civil engineering methods, drawings, and site setting-out

SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work
