Our client, a prestigious developer specializing in high-end residential projects, is seeking a talented and driven individual to oversee the successful delivery of a flagship bespoke property in the Cheshire area.
About the Role: As the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a luxury single dwelling project, working closely with the project team, specialist subcontractors, and high-end suppliers to ensure meticulous attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule targets are met
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct labor force
