Site Manager Warrington £45,000 – £55,000 + Package Our client is a growing construction contractor based in Warrington, delivering quality-driven projects across the North West. Their portfolio includes commercial builds, residential developments, and refurbishment works. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join the team and take the lead on key construction sites. The Role: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, to budget, and to a high standard. You\’ll coordinate trades, monitor progress, and act as the main point of contact on-site for clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all on-site activities and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish * Oversee subcontractors and direct labour to ensure high-quality workmanship * Monitor progress and report regularly to Contracts Manager or Project Manager * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and risk assessments * Attend and lead site meetings, toolbox talks, and briefings * Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and delivery logs * Liaise with suppliers, engineers, architects, and clients as needed Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry * Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and site coordination * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Full UK driving licence Desirable: * Experience working on commercial and residential projects * Knowledge of NHBC standards (if residential sector focused) What We Offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Car allowance or company vehicle * Company pension scheme * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Supportive and collaborative working environment
