Site Manager – New Build Care Home (Widnes) Location: Widnes, Cheshire Rate: £250 per day Start Date: [Insert start date] Project Duration: Approx. 12–18 months Type: Freelance / Contract A busy and well-established regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build care home in Widnes. This project is one of several upcoming developments across the North West, with further opportunities available for the right individual. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential, healthcare, and commercial schemes across the region. About the Client: Our client is a busy regional builder with a solid pipeline of secured work going into 2026. Known for their hands-on, team-focused approach, they deliver projects ranging from £2m–£15m across a variety of sectors. They offer consistent, long-term work for proven Site Managers who can take responsibility for delivering sites safely, on time, and to a high standard.
