We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join a respected regional contractor delivering a major decarbonisation programme across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team
- Keep tenants fully informed of works, timelines, and any disruptions
- Handle resident queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Support the successful delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation works
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Keep clear and accurate records of all communications
