We Are Footprint are recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to oversee a school project in the Liverpool area.
This is an 812 week contract, focused solely on external works, including hard and soft landscaping, drainage, and faade works. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a fast-paced site with minimal supervision and have experience working on similar education sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all external works on a live school site
- Manage subcontractors and on-site labour
- Ensure all health & safety standards are met
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and the wider team
- Monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues efficiently
Requirements:
