We Are Footprint is looking for an experienced White Collar Permanent Recruitment Consultant to inherit a warm desk with established client relationships, live vacancies, and genuine opportunity to grow.
This is not a cold desk. You will be joining a well-established market with:
- Existing PSL agreements and preferred supplier relationships
- Long-standing client accounts
- Live permanent vacancies from day one
- An established candidate network
- A respected brand with a strong reputation across the construction sector
This role offers genuine autonomy to develop and grow the desk while benefiting from the support of an experienced and ambitious leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing an established White Collar Permanent desk
- Building and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Generating new business opportunities within target markets
- Sourcing and placing high-quality construction professionals
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
